Our Jewelry
Who designs your jewelry?
All of our jewelry is designed by Kate Bosworth and Cher Coulter and is available to all JewelMint members.
Is all your jewelry made in limited quantities?
Yes. All JewelMint exclusive jewelry is manufactured in limited quantities each month.
Is JewelMint a jewelry rental service?
No. JewelMint offers you the hottest trends in jewelry, personalized just for you. Everything you buy is yours to keep!
What metals do you use in your jewelry?
Base metals can consist of tin, zinc or brass alloy. Most pieces are plated in silver or gold. Our jewelry is nickel-free and cadmium-free.
What celebrities have been seen wearing JewelMint?
We're always excited to see celebrities incorporate JewelMint into their personal style. Recently Sienna Miller, Rachel Bilson, Isla Fisher, Teresa Palmer, and Emmanuelle Chriqui have been spotted wearing a variety of pieces.
Can I purchase items from prior months?
Our exclusive jewelry is manufactured in limited quantities, but styles from previous months may still be available. Contact Customer Care if you are having trouble finding that perfect piece!
Will I be able to purchase a piece that is sold out?
All JewelMint exclusive jewelry is manufactured in limited quantities, so SOLD OUT items are usually not available again. Occasionally, sold-out pieces will have a waitlist available on the product page - if you select to add yourself to the waitlist, we will notify you via email when the piece is available.
Will sold out pieces ever come back?
All pieces are exclusively designed by Kate and Cher for JewelMint and are offered in limited quantities. Pieces do tend to sell out quickly, so we encourage our members to review new selections as soon as they are released at the beginning of each month. That being said, we regularly review best-sellers and highly sought after pieces and place reorders on occasion and announce them via Facebook, Twitter, our blog and email.
JewelMint Membership
Do I have to purchase something every month?
Not at all! There is no obligation to purchase. You will be presented with new selections on the 1st of each month. In your Showroom, you may elect to "skip this month" by the 5th and will not be charged.
What if I don't like any of the selections presented to me?
Click the SHOW MORE button in your Showroom to view more styles.
Can I purchase more than one item during the month?
Yes. Simply go to your Showroom and select any item you like! You can always click SHOW MORE, as well, if you'd like to see more of our collection.
Can you combine JewelMint credits with promotion/discount codes?
You cannot combine credit redemption with any promotional offer. Credits can only be redeemed against a selection at regular price.
What if I don't like the idea of commitment?
The best thing about JewelMint, is that there is no commitment! We give you the best jewelry of the season, personalized for you, with absolutely no obligation! Remember, you won't be charged until your first purchase. After your first purchase, you always have the option to skip any month without charge by clicking "SKIP THIS MONTH" in your Account Settings by the 5th day of each month. No commitment, no obligation!
What are credits?
One credit is worth $29.99 to JewelMint monthly members. They can be used towards the purchase of any piece of jewelry we offer on JewelMint.com. Once you accumulate five credits, you will not be charged for a credit the following month.
Do my credits expire?
Yes. Your credits will expire one year from the date of purchase.
Are my selections exclusive to JewelMint?
Yes. All of our jewelry is exclusively designed by Kate and Cher for JewelMint.
How often will I receive new selections?
You will receive an email on the 1st of each month with your latest selections, chosen for you based on your style quiz. You will then have five days to choose one of your selections for purchase, request more selections, or elect to skip the month at no charge.
Will I always be sent selections based on the results of my first Style Quiz?
Our stylists continuously monitor your selections and "likes" in order to refine and improve the jewelry presented to you.
What if I do not choose an item for the month?
No worries! You won't be charged until your first purchase on JewelMint.com. After your first purchase, if you don't see any pieces you love, just select to skip the month in your Account Settings within the first five days of the month. You won't be charged and no jewelry will be shipped to you. If you do not select any jewelry that month and do not elect to skip the month, your credit card will be charged $29.99 and you will be given a credit to use for a future purchase on JewelMint.com.
What if I just want to make a one-time purchase?
JewelMint.com is a membership site and we currently don't support one-time purchases. However, you can join and make a purchase at any time. Then, you can come back to JewelMint and login within the first five days of the month to skip and not be charged.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until you make your first purchase! After you make your first purchase, you can always click to skip the month within your Account Settings between the 1st and the 5th of the month. If you do not elect to skip the month, or make a purchase within those first five days, you will be charged $29.99 on the 6th of the month, and receive a JewelMint credit. Credits are valid for one year!
Why am I being billed? I didn't order anything this month.
JewelMint is a monthly membership, but we always give you the option to skip any month without being charged! If you'd like to skip the month for any reason, just click "SKIP THIS MONTH" within your Account Settings anytime between the 1st and the 5th of the month. If you elect not to skip, you will be charged $29.99 and one credit will be added to your account. This credit is good for up to one year and may be redeemed toward the purchase of any piece of jewelry available in our collection on JewelMint.com at any time during the month. We release new pieces into our collection each month, so we're sure you'll find a piece you'd love to own!
I don't see the link to skip this month - where is it?
The "Skip Month" link is located in the top right of your showroom, and there is also a Skip tab under your Account Settings, during the first 5 days of each month. If you have placed an order or opted to skip within these first 5 days, then you will no longer see this link and will not be charged for a monthly credit.
Can I give JewelMint as a gift?
Absolutely! Just click on Gift Cards in the bottom left of the page. Your recipient will receive an email with a personalized message from you. The Gift Card(s) will be valid at any time on JewelMint.com
How old must I be to purchase from JewelMint?
JewelMint products are not intended for children under 13. You must be 18 or older to purchase jewelry from our collection.
How do I invite friends to join?
Click "Invite Friends" in your Showroom and send your unique referral link to your friends. Once they click through your link, create a JewelMint account, and make their first credit card purchase, you will receive an e-mail notification. We will place a JewelMint credit in your account 30 days after this first purchase as a thank you for your referral!
How do I cancel my membership?

Ordering, Shipping and Tracking
What types of payment do you accept?
JewelMint accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards from the United States and Canada. We do not accept pre-paid gift cards, personal checks, money orders, or international credit cards, outside of Canada.
Why was my credit card declined?
If a debit card or check card is used to make a purchase on the JewelMint website, and the purchase was not accepted for any reason (failed AVS or CCV verification), please be aware that most banks will hold the "authorized" funds (counting against your balance until the authorization clears) even if your order was rejected by our security measures. The most common reason for the failed transaction is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address for the debit/check/credit card being used for payment. Our Address Verification System (AVS) security measures will reject any transaction for a billing address mismatch.
JewelMint does not have the capability nor are they obligated to release the bank's temporary hold on authorized funds. Since we do not have the capability to release the bank's temporary hold, we can not be responsible for the policies of the customer's banking institution regarding the holding of authorized funds. Please note that authorization fund holds last for varying periods, depending on the issuing credit card company's policy. The period may be as little as three days or as long as several months. We suggest that the customer contact the issuing credit card company or bank in order to resolve these types of situations.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Please contact our Customer Care department at 1-888-258-3339 immediately if you would like to change your order. If your order has already shipped, you may return it to us for a credit refund. (A restocking fee of 15% may apply.)
Why is my order pending?
If an order is pending there may be a problem. Please contact on of our friendly Customer Care agents at 1-888-258-3339 Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm PST, or via e-mail at customercare@jewelmint.com
How is my order shipped to me?
You will receive your order via the US or Canadian Postal Service.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! Our packages are shipped via USPS and Canada Post.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We currently ship to all US states, and Canada. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
How much is shipping?
We provide free shipping for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. There is a $9.99 per item charge for shipping to Canada.
Can I rush my order?
We will be offering expedited shipping soon. Expect delivery from the USPS in 5-7 business days and within 5-9 days to Canada.
How do I track my order?
You may track your order by going to your Account page and clicking Order Info. Tracking information will be available soon after your order is shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Shipments generally take between 5 and 7 business days, within the United States, and 5-9 business days to Canada.
I haven't received my jewelry yet. What do I do?
You can check on the status of your order by going to your JEWELRY BOX or the Order History tab under your Account Settings.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to addresses within California are subject to California sales tax. Residents outside of California are not subject to sales tax.
How do I make an exchange or return my jewelry?
If you are unsatisfied with your JewelMint.com membership selection for any reason, contact Customer Care within 30 days and we'll gladly exchange it for a JewelMint credit or an item of your choice (if available). A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you. Items being returned must be unworn, unused, and include all original packaging. As we are offering limited-edition pieces, a $4.95 restocking fee is applied to all non-damaged items returned for a refund. This fee does not apply for exchanges or credit refunds.
