SHIPPING & PROCESSING

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed during normal business hours of Mon.-Fri. 9AM-5PM may take up to 1-3 business days to process.
*Orders placed after hours and/or during weekend hours will begin to process next business day, in which the estimated time frame above will take place

I Just Placed An Order & Placed The Incorrect Address Help!
Oh No!
If your order has not been shipped and/or a tracking number has not been issued to your order, modification of your shipping address will be available. Unfortunately if your order has shipped, Jewelmint is not responsible for any incorrect inputted addresses provided at time the order was placed. Once the order has shipped we will need to keep an eye on the final destination of your package for an alternate resolution to be provided.

How Long Does It Take For My Domestic Order To Arrive?
Typically for our Domestic customers, it may take up to 2-4 business days for your order to arrive.
*This estimate does not include natural disasters or delays caused by the carrier in which Jewelmint does not take responsibility for

When Will My International Order Arrive?
International packages take up to 3-7 business days for your package to arrive in your country. From the date your package arrives to your country, you may estimate up to 9-21 business days for your package to arrive directly to your residence.

*Unfortunately, once the package arrives in your country Jewelmint is not responsible for any additional charges due at customs, nor is Jewelmint in contact with the carrier in your specified country. Our carrier has provided us with the specified estimate provided above in which your order should arrive, please note, at times this time frame may exceed due to custom clearance.

I Am An International Customer, Is There Additional Charges?
Jewelmint does not take responsibility for any additional charges that may arise at time of arrival to your country.
*Customs duty and/or taxes are to be covered by the receiving party at time of delivery

Do You Ship To My Country?
We currently ship to the following international countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada,Croatia, Denmark,Estonia, Finland, France, Germany,Gibraltar,Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary,Ireland,Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg,Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand,Norway,Poland,Portugal,Russia,South Korea, South Africa, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Can You Resend My Package?
If your package was returned, please contact our customer care team to assist you with receiving your item!

My Package Says Delivered, But I Dont Have My Order?
At times the carrier does mark packages as Delivered in advance to speed up their routing process. Please allow up to 2 business days from the date your package was marked as delivered for possible arrival. Once this timeframe has surpassed please contact our customer care team to immediately assist you!

My Order Shipped To The Wrong Address!
Jewelmint recommends to always review, verify and confirm inputted addresses at time the order is placed. Jewelmint does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses inputted at time an order is placed. If your order has shipped, we will need to await the final destination of your package for an alternate resolution to be provided.

What does Pre-Sale Mean?
An item available for purchase via Pre-Sale prior to the arrival of the item, is an assurance that your order is accounted for in the receiving quantity as we do sell out quickly. PAYMENTS

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards as well as PayPal.

I Paid With PayPal E-Check, When Will My Order Ship?
If a payment was processed using PayPal E-Check, this payment method takes up to 7-10 business days for the payment to clear. Once your payment clears, your order will be shipped.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

I Am Not Happy With My Purchase, What Can I Do!
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns up to 30 business days from the date the order was declared delivered. Jewelmint does not provide free prepaid return labels for these types of returns. Shipping return labels can be provided for $3.00, the fee will be deducted from the return amount.If you have exceeded this time frame Jewelmint will not issue a refund/ nor exchange.

Please include original packaging, Packing Slip with your order number, and/ or First & Last Name to locate your order and accurately process your refund.
*Please note your refund will only be towards the returned item

Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has not been shipped, in which a tracking number has not been assigned to your order we may of course cancel your order. If it has been shipped you will need to refuse the package at time of delivery and have it returned to sender. Once Jewelmint receives this return package a refund will be issued for the item returned.


How Long Does My Refund Take To Process?
Once Jewelmint confirms a refund has been processed it typically takes up to 5-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.

*Please note- The estimate provided above is a general estimate, ultimately, processing time frame all depends on your banks personal policies

I Dont Have The Same Credit Card, How Can I Get My Refund?
Jewelmint   is only able to credit the original form of payment methods for how the order was processed. Please note,  once a refund has taken place, you will need to contact your banking institution to have the funds re-routed to the proper location as we are unable to assist in personal banking matters.

I would like a Shipping Return Label?
Shipping return labels can be provided for a fee of $3.00 which will be deducted from the return amount

I Received The Incorrect Order, Help!
Oh no! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we do understand that mistakes do occur. As we value your complete satisfaction, our top priority is your shipping experience with us! We will gladly assist you with any issue with your order. Please contact our customer care team within 7 business days of delivery to immediately help you. Please note that you may be required to provide photos of the received items for our team to better assist you!


Can I Modify or Add To My Current Order?
No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. We may of course cancel your order if it has not been shipped so you may proceed to process a new order with the selected items you wish to receive, simply contact our Customer Care Team to review the status of your order prior to placing a new order.

Can I Call Jewelmint?
We currently don’t have a phone number for customer care inquiries, but we recommend taking a look around our FAQ Section to find answers to your questions/concerns. If you can’t find what you’re looking for or need help regarding your order, our Customer Care team will be more than happy to assist you via Email!
